If the package will be returned to our warehouse again, we
are willing to re-ship the package. But if the reason of the package that was
returned are customs problems, unclaimed package, unknown address then we will
be asking for Re-shipping fee that will also depends on country location. And
if ever the fault is from us then, we will re-send the package for free of charge.
