I made my order three months ago and I haven't received anything. I am so disappointed because I was looking forward to trying samples of Korean products And now, I don't know where I can claim or ask for a refund :( I know that I did my purchase with economy shipping, but I've made my purchases with economy shipping in other Websites and this is the first Website where I don't receive my order.
