i get dry patches around my face but this toner definitely helps to lock in moisture. this has an almost serum-like consistency but still watery unlike other toners. but i wouldn’t recommend it for those who breaks out with silicone since it contains a silicon derivative as one of the ingredients. overall it’s an amazing toner!
